2025 Spring Ball

2025 Spring Softball Season (Registration 12/2/24 - 1/31/25)
($50 Late Registration fee)

10 - 12 season games + tournament (some Saturday games)

Registration Fee:
6U TeeBall - $110
8U Machine Pitch - $200
10U Minor Kid/Coach Pitch - $230
12U Major - $230

*registration includes sales tax .
*player are NOT allowed to play up or down in divisions. They have to play in their birth year division.

Game / Practice Schedule:
Game schedule depends on how many players sign up and how many teams we have.

Practices will vary.

*ALL schedule are posted on BGF website and GameChanger app.

Important dates:
  • Evaluations Feb 8th @ D-Bat (for 10U and 12U _ times will be emailed and posted on FB)
  • 6u and 8u do not have evaluations.
  • Practice Start March 10th
  • Games Start April 14th
  • Opening Ceremony April 19th
  • Picture Day May 24th
  • Tournament Week June 1-6
  • Championship Games June 7th

Field Locations:
Our main fields are at Cardinal Run Park South 2000 Parkers Mill Rd Lexington Ky (2 fields in the back down the hill (CR A and B) and 1 field up the hill CR2)).
We also have off site practice fields at Meadowthorpe Park, and Idle Hour Park.
*some games may be played in Woodford Co. Depending on number of teams.

Player equipment:
ALL players will need to have a glove, fielders mask, and batting helmet w/face-mask. Bat is optional but highly recommended to have your own. Cleats are also optional but highly recommended.
*please note that coaches may also have items they will want the players to have (softball pants, socks…).
